After ordering a service, a TMG Media Works representative will contact you directly to review details of your service request. A detailed Paypal Invoice will be emailed to you, payable upon receipt. Paypal payments can be made via secure cash transfer or credit card.
Absolutely. We gaurentee that we will complete all of the work in which we are contracted to complete. All contracts are in writting and expectations are clearly spelled out.

All of our current pricing is based on working within a 15 mile radius of Naperville, IL. Any job outside of 15 miles and up to an hour away will include an extra $25 travel charge.

We will upload your project in to clearly labled files and place them on our HI-Drive. We will then send you an email link. Simply click on the link and follow the prompts. Our Secure Hi-Drive technology is an extreemly fast and simple method for sharing files. We will even store your files for up to 30 days.
All of the files associated with your project will be stored and shared on the TMG Hi-Drive. Only persons that you or we share the link will have access to your files. We will supply password protection upon request.
Once a service is booked and paid, a TMG Media Works representative will call the customer within 24 hours to schedule the shoot. There are no refunds, unless we are unable to fullful our services per the contract. If for some reason, a customer is unhappy, we will go "above and beyond" to try and satisfy the issue.
All outside services are dependent on weather conditions. Rain and lightning, snow and ice, temperatures below -15 and winds above 20 MPH will cause a scheduled outdoor shoot to be rescheduled.
